- No items offered in promotion/sale at reduced price are exchangeable or refundable.
- Any "special order" cannot be returned.
- We have a 3 month warranty for defective shoe returns. By their very nature, dance shoes must be very flexible, so they are more delicate than sports or city shoes.
- To avoid getting shoes dirty when you first try them on, use a clean surface.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our deliveries are by Canada Post. You can follow the progress of your package with the tracking number. Shipping costs are in Canadian dollars.(CAD)
